Stopped in to get finger printed for handgun permit and the process was very easy. The woman that helped me was friendly and efficient.

I went there because I needed a background check done for something and the lady was very sweet and got the whole thing done very quickly. I will definitely go back there again if I need anything.

I went to Your Ticket to Travel to have fingerprints taken on 2/11/2025 for a handgun carry permit because they were the closest Identogo service provider. The lady taking the prints was EXTREMELY rough in the process of taking my prints. The flat prints come out ok, but every single round print showed as a "MISMATCH" on her screen. She was rough enough that it actually hurt. At one point I asked her if the mismatches would be a problem and if a lighter touch would help. She told me she's never seen a carry permit rejected for bad prints. That was false as my prints were rejected the following day. She also told me that you have you be very firm with the prints. That was also false. When I was able to get reprinted at a different location, the lady there was very gentle and my prints came out perfect. She said she's handled many reprints from this location and most of those reprints complain about how rough she is.

Vickie is awesome! She arranged a very last minute trip of a lifetime for us. It included air, a 12-Day cruise, and hotel accommodations post-trip to the British Isles. She was very professional, responsive when we needed her (a few airline connection snafus- not her fault) and found us the best deals!
