Come here often as a Medevac Company and we always appreciate the snacks, great vending selection, clean facilities, and of course the top tier service. We fly all over the country and Yingling in Wichita is still my favorite FBO to visit.

Second to worst place to have avionics done. Tell you 30 days and after a year without my plane still no end in sight. Every time you call they have a different manager. Plus they quoted one price and charge 5 times the amount with no approval. I was lied to numerous time saying my plane was being worked on but later found out it was not. So after a year I went in and this is the panel after 140k of work labor only. Which it was a complete panel when brought in just had some miss wiring.

I got stuck here due to a maintenance issue and the CSRs and Ramp personnel were all remarkable helpful and kind. Even though we were in a small plane, everyone took time to make sure we were helped. They offered crew cars and tons of recommendations on places to visit and stay at in the area. The entire facility was in tip top condition as well! Very comfortable crew rooms. Madeline, Jason, Rachel, Garrick and Jake were some of the awesome people that helped us out! Seriously cannot recommend these folk enough! Absolutely outstanding service! I cannot wait to stop by here in the future!
