I shipped an important FedEx overnight mailer in June and it was lost. It was delivered almost a week late but FedEx wouldn't refund my money (almost $90) because Yakima Ship Shop was listed as the shipper, not me. This business doesn't answer their phone and a message comes on saying "mailbox full". I emailed them with no response.

Shipped some luggage from here over the holiday. Friendly and efficient staff. Was in and out of store in less than 5 minutes! Luggage got to my place (in nyc) three days later! Shipped on the 23rd and arrived Dec 26.
