XAEL, the worst travel agency in history. I've been waiting in Cuba for eight hours to return to Miami. Supposedly the flight was delayed, but there's no reason. We're still in Cuba with no information, and now the plane is damaged. They've got us stuck on hold. If we don't speak up, they won't do anything. We wait for a response from the owner of XAEL.Flight 751

This company charges a sanitary tax to use the restroom. My Grandfather had to pay this just to use the bathroom at the airport. The fee was for $35.00.

This company is the worse to travel with We travel may 9 family of six the firsts thing when we get there the agency va Cuba had said the pound where at 1 each and they charge double when we got there we ask why and they said because is high demand we paid it and left when we get to Cuba all package where left behind and we begin calling from Cuba we never got a manager on the line the agent where saying we gonna let the manager a message we call Saturday and said to them do not send the package on Monday because we are leaving back to Miami they send it wrong and feeling all the paper work we where left behind and I had to paid 1600 extra for the flight and today I pass by Xael and spoke with Alex and he said he can’t do anything that my problem soooo pls do not travel with them if you don’t want to go to a nightmare the worse of the worse’s scammers

I was with my mother in law at MIA since midnight. The checking started at 1:45. The information received at the agency regarding payment is not accurate. We had to pay one $ for every pound of the first two baggage and $2 for every pound in the third baggage. My mother in law won’t receive her baggage until tomorrow at 2:00 pm. I observed baggage traffic while waiting to check. The most astonishing thing was that we couldn’t pay with our credit cards, they told us that just the person who travelled could pay with credit card. If my mother in law is Cuban how could she has a credit card? The authorities should investigate. It’s a shame for this country.
