TERRIBLE customer service!!! I call the owner (Carolyn Fedor) on two separate occasions to book cruises. She NEVER RETURNS calls!!! Will NEVER USE Worldwide travel in Port Saint Lucie ever again TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I absolutely Love this travel agency and all the employees!! They are so knowledgeable and will help you with everything you need!! I have traveled on the group trips with them!! What a blast!! We had so much fun!! Carolyn the owner is so accommodating and makes sure her customers are happy and having fun!! Bobbie is also one of the tour managers and she is so organized and so much fun!! Please don’t hesitate to book your travel plans with World Wide Travel!!! I promise you will not regret it!! Thank you to all of you at this wonderful travel agency!!! I can’t wait for my next trip!!!!!!!

My parents had a cruise booked this past winter and got Covid. They had to cancel due to Covid within the cancellation guidelines and were due a full refund. They are on a limited income and booked this trip for their 50th wedding anniversary. They have been waiting for their refund for over the promised 60 days and have been having to chase Carolyn to follow up numerous times. As their daughter I find this unacceptable and will never allow them to book another trip with WTA. It’s upsetting that my elderly parents have to jump through hoops in order to get their refund.

Booked an upcoming cruise with Toni, very friendly and knowledgeable. Sent me all kinds of information about the ship. Talked to other agents at Worldwide, went out of their way to accommodate. Highly recommend!

Should be named Worstwide Travel Adventures. The worst travel agency I have ever dealt with! We booked through Terri and I found her to be unapproachable, rude and at times even hostile when asked even the most simple questions and requests. We booked 6 cabins on Independence of the Sea for a 70th birthday over a year in advance and it probably would have been more efficient to book it through the cruise line. Never again!

Carolyn and Toni arranged a cruise trip for our community - London and Norway aboard the Queen Mary 2. From start to finish, it was wonderful! Toni made everything so easy - transportation to/from the airport, transportation to/from the ship, a great hotel in London and then the Queen Mary 2!! The document package Toni sent was complete with all the necessary reservation numbers and information so that I was able to leave home feeling relaxed and confident. Worldwide Travel treated our group to a lovely luncheon at one of the fancy restaurants on board the QM2. It was mid-cruise, so we were able to "catch-up" and share our experiences. A thoughtful touch. A cruise on the Queen Mary 2 is an amazing experience and I enjoyed every minute. I have traveled very little in recent years and Worldwide Travel made everything so easy for me. Their attention to detail, their availability to answer all my questions and worries (Toni is so friendly and patient!) made this trip a wonderful experience. I will jump at the next chance to work with Worldwide Trave Adventures.
