I will give this star to the guy that helped me( forgot his name) he was the only one that felt the urgency of my situation. BRENDA K.(she has a difficult family name to remember), in the counter was the rudest human being I have ever met, this woman make our supposedly sweet reunion into a distress. Paid additional 200$ for handling fee for my 2 canine but treat my babies as cargo not a live animals in their ground handling. They fly via qatar airlines. FYI; my two babies fly from KSA via 14hrs lay over in Doha and 17hrs direct flight to IAH. It was not an easy journey and BRENDA MAKE IT EVEN WORSE. Horrible experience.

Slow nobody cares. aviod dropping freight here you will need food water an a sleeping bag had to leave a one star or it would be zero

I have been to almost all of the airlines to pick up freight but the lack of urgency and disregard for the drivers picking up is only beat by KLM. 12 drivers waiting to pick up watching three forklift drivers talk to each other about the snack of them is eating... wait times exceeding 2 hours for while the clerks at the desk are laughing and joking... Utterly ridiculous

Extortion outfit. $90 service fee which has to be paid via an app. Only problem is they charge a 10% fee for using the app. No checks, no cash. Don’t use them.

My son walked in professional looking to inquire about employment. The lack of customer service and basic respect was outrageous. The lady was rude and told him “don’t you see I’m busy”. Overall, I had to explain to my son you will judge and ignored but keep shining.
