While I was already on my way to the airport, Bruce checked me in, took all my information, told me my terminal, gate, seat, and boarding time, making sure I was completely set to travel. My previous experience with flight agencies wasn't pleasant. This time it was quite good. The CS rep, John, was very helpful on the phone in assisting me with changing my ticket. I purchased the FlexiFly add-on, and it was worth it. The FlexiFly carries on into my new ticket, so if I ever need to change my ticket again, the fee is supposed to be waived. The only improvement I could think of is that the call took a total of 1 hour and 6 minutes. I wish it could be faster and easier, but currently, if you want to change a ticket, you need to call them. There's no other way. Well, I guess that's fair because the price I paid was the cheapest on Skyscanner.
