Recently did the Taku Lodge excursion and this was the best excursion by far. Some people may find pricey but you get what you pay for. The views from the plane are magnificent and jaw dropping! The meal you get is 2nd to none and you don't leave hungry. The staff were informative and very nice. We felt right at home and didn't want to leave. We would do this again in a heartbeat! We were nervous because we were never in a smaller plane but our pilot Dave was great. The only complaint was I wasn't picked for the front seat but you win some and loose some! Outstanding adventure!

The glacier flightseeing is amazing, but it pales in comparison to the people of Wings Airways. We tried to book this tour through our cruise line and they said it was not an accessible tour. I Googled and figured out the tour operator and called them directly. I spoke to Mikayla (sp?) and she said of course they could accommodate someone with mobility issues and in a wheelchair. Went back to the cruise line and they wouldn’t book the tour for us so I called back and booked directly. We saved money and took the same van from the cruise ship dock. From the folks meeting us at the ship to the people checking us in for our flight to the pilot and the guys helping my husband board the plane, they were so accommodating and caring and I was touched at the way we were treated. I was thrilled we could make this tour happen. It was the highlight of our Alaska trip (the weather was exceptionally cooperative 😊) and I highly recommend the company, the people and the tour!!

I cannot say enough about Wings Airways and the overall experience they provided. I was set on doing a seaplane tour while docked in Juneau in June. My husband wasn’t interested so I let it go. But, watching the planes take off while we walked around I said, “I have to do it.”. I saw they had a 5 Glacier Seaplane Exploration Tour departing at 10:30am, so I went directly to the office, which is conveniently located at the end of the dock. At the time, they weren’t able to fit me in for that flight. The problem was that our ship was departing at 1pm, so 10:30 was really my only option. The amazing woman in the office told me to hang in the vicinity and if others come in or call to book she will find me. She kept her word and came running super excited to tell me I’m in! I will forever appreciate that. The experience on the plane was absolutely incredible. Like, no words incredible. The pilot was amazing, and the views were jaw dropping. It was quite a smooth flight, too. When I look back at the pictures and videos it doesn’t seem real, and it’s an experience I’ll never forget. Not only is their price reasonable, you don’t have to get in a bus and go somewhere to take off either. I need to get back so I can experience the lodge! 10/10 HIGHLY recommend Wings Airways.

What an amazing trip! The weather was perfect and the views were spectacular! The Taku lodge has been one of my favorite tours since moving here and I got to take my family today who absolutely loved it as well! The staff are always so nice from the office booking tickets and the amazing crew out at the lodge thank you all so so so much for making this day one of the best we have had while in Juneau!

The 5 glacier flight was truly one of the best experiences I've had in my lifetime. I enjoyed it so much, I went right back to the desk and did another flight. To see the 5 glaciers from the air is about 100x better than viewing them from the leading edge of the glacier. The flight itself was very smooth for a smaller plane. Awesome pilots and friendly staff. My advice, do it twice from each side of the plane. Thanks for your reply Holly. Clearly one of the very few review replies that wasn't AI generated! I swear I'd fly out from the East Coast to Juneau just for the 5 Glacier tour. I was tempted to do it a 3rd time. Of course, I did get pretty lucky with the weather.

During our visit to Juneau last week, we took the 5 Glacier Flight Seeing Tour, a recommendation from a friend who called it a “must do,” and they were absolutely right! The experience was incredible. Seeing the glaciers and the breathtaking beauty of Juneau from above is truly mind blowing. Big shout out to our pilot, Brett, who made everyone feel comfortable and safe while giving us an unforgettable ride. Another huge plus is the location. Wings Airways is right in the harbor, just a short walk from the cruise ships. No need to cram into a big tour bus and take a long drive before your adventure begins. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Juneau!
