Matt planned our honeymoon in Italy for us and it was absolutely perfect. We are not the most experienced international travelers and Matt made the entire process simple and worry free. Every detail was worked out perfectly and we could not have been more satisfied. From beautiful hotels and simple travel transfers Matt made had it all planned and in our itinerary all while keeping us on budget. He was incredibly attentive and kept us feeling reassured the entire trip. We will be using his services from now on anytime we travel.

We spent a week in Mexico and could not be happier with Windrose and the trip Matt planned for us! From the moment we had a private van to our resort I knew we were in good hands. The resort was a perfect fit for our family of 5, we had an excursion day that was flawless and a private ride back to the airport too! Every part of this family vacation was what I had been dreaming of and Matt made it stress free for us. We even had flight changes the month prior due to airline changes and Matt took care of it all and even managed to save us money in the process. We will definitely use Windrose Expeditions again!

Matt was absolutely fantastic while helping my now husband and I plan our honeymoon in Jamaica. He helped coordinate everything - recommending resort options that best fit our personality, booking flights that were so convenient and made travel a breeze, and handling a customer service issue with the resort on our behalf, among so many other things he handled for us this past year. I had lots of questions, and Matt was always responsive. He checked in frequently and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved working with him so much that he will be our travel agent for our next trip already booked for 2024 (and for the foreseeable future - sorry Matt, you're stuck with us!).

We are a 25-35 group of friends that work with Matt for our vacations. Matt is wonderful, both prior to the trip and while we are at our location. He promptly answers his emails and checks in to make sure that we are all set with our return arrangements and offers to step in if needed, which some of us did need this past trip. I have recommended Matt to my daughter and anyone else asking about travel.

We had an amazing experience with Windrose. Matt booked us at top notch hotels in France and Spain. There were some hiccups on the way, but Matt was there with us every step of the way to smooth things out. Highly recommend!!!!
