The happiest place on Earth for me. I got my private, instrument, and commercial there at a great school, by the name of Sun Quest, that unfortunately closed in 2008.. Whiteman Airport means great people, fun times and a place to fall in love. It is such a fun and happy place that I love spending my time flying Young Eagles, giving flight instruction, hanging with my fellow airport bums, laughing, flying and more flying. Let’s not forget that it serves the community by supplying jobs as well as providing outreach to neighborhood youth toward all aspects of STEM. It certainly is the gem of Pacoima and believe it or not, some looney, political hack named Monica Rodriguez wants to close it for her own selfish reasons under the guise of “Pacoima Beautiful.” Vote this communist and her loony plan out!!

I've been flying for the past two years here and is fantastic. Easy in an out of the airport. I stated at Glendale Community College because they have a hangar here. The guys at the tower are very nice.
