Amazing agency I book my vacation with them and everything was perfect .

My company is using WGY Travel for a cruise vacation we are going on, and they have been amazing to work with! There were some things I personally wanted for my wife and I that were not included in our companies package, but WGY do their thing to get it taken care of. All of this was done at 9:30pm, which is well past the point of them needing to respond in order for me to be please. I guess they care more about customer satisfaction than sleep!! Haha Thanks WGY!

Thanks to WGY, my girlfriend and I had the most incredible trip either one of us have been on. We have never felt so VIP in our entire lives, and that would not have happened without the help of WGY. They helped set up our entire trip to LA, recommended us a beautiful luxury hotel and hooked us up with a room upgrade, a free night, exclusive restaurant reservations, and even a few surprises! We got word that we had to cut our trip early because of my girlfriend's work schedule. Luckily we booked with WGY and were able to get the nights that we cancelled fully refunded, if we had booked on our own we would have lost that money. WGY just booked my euro trip for me. Justin delivered top notch service. I literally didn't have to a thing besides tell him the dates. Got me great prices on my flights as well as room upgrades. They even made my dinner reservations. Will always use them moving forward for all my travel needs.

Communication has been so great working with them on preferences and changes needed. We have not taken the trip as of yet, but with the experience we have had working with them thus far, I know the end result will be great. Will update after the trip as well
