I've never booked a vacation before. I reserved a hotel online without paying any money. Then I decided maybe I should go and ask a travel agent to run some numbers. This guy was yelling at me " well what you want me to do?" As if I was there waisting his time! I've never met someone so rude!!!

Been Using Paul and his staff for the last 6 years great Service and pricing can't beat them And wouldn't try to get air far without them.

I have always booked my own vacations but not traveling in a couple years I decided why not call a travel agent. Called and spoke to a gentleman who was rude and spoke to me in a belittling way. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

The gentleman who answered the phone wasn't able to sell me an airline ticket through his travel agency because they didn't work with that specific airline however he knew that I needed to get to Florida immediately should be with my dying aunt and I needed at least expensive flight out of Denver so he told me what airline to call and what time it was leaving and I was able to make it there before my aunt died so this gentleman didn't make any money but he told me where to spend it and so when I travel I will definitely be calling him up in this agency because they went the extra mile thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart I can't tell you how much I appreciate you and words people like this is what we need in the world

Paul was incredibly efficient, extremely reasonably priced and saved me hundreds if not thousands of $ if I had made my own reservations for a multi stop international trip, and was absolutely wonderful to work with.
