great experience.. this service takes time so dont use it last minute.. have all your items weighed, measured with a quote before you arrive.. otherwise everything I shipped from vancouver to toronto arrived ontime & undamaged. i couldn't have moved in one go without this. thank you.

It seems ANYTHING WESTJET these days is a abysmal client service failure - and here is the news folks - they really dont care . This is a Canadian airline in a government supported duopoly.For those that dont know a duopoly is a type of oligopoly where two firms( usually supported by government) have dominant or exclusive control over a market. Governments allow this in some countries , usually to extra vast sums of money from it citizens in hidden and direct taxes. Plain and simple the management hide from customers - you cant find one , only low level minimum wage type staff . When you ask to speak to a senior manager at WJ , they send in low level minimum wage people to talk to you that have zero training. Managers are insulated here . The whole company is a Customer hell-hole! No follow up from Customer service I called 5 times asking to speak to a senior manager. The flight was scary too ! Reverse thrusters were deployed IN THE AIR ON SHORT FINAL ! We dropped like a empty pop can to the runway . My son got a video of it . CBC/Globe/CTV is not interested in story or safety lapse , as WJ pays them millions "advertising hush money". Dangerous airline in my opinion ! Reversers are NEVER deployed in air ! For a reason . Do you see from the former clients here how WJ has taken the time to explain themselves ? They don't care. No meals on very lengthy flights , normal . Cabin service horrible- the staff dislike the company as much as clients- as I over heard them talking . Onex International Corp runs this airline . Did I say Horrible at every turn ?

Terrible experience, rude staff, non-existent customer service. Took a ferry from Vancouver Island, paid for a hotel for the night to drop a puppy off to fly in the morning when they decided they didn't have room for him. No apologies or explanation. Was told that living animals are not a priority. Then they wanted me to leave him sitting there for hours in his kennel in hopes that he would have an accident so they could charge me an extra $300 cleaning fee. Zero attempt made to help or improve the situation, the staff honestly could not care less about their customers.

Do not use Westjet Cargo!! Shipped four items from YYJ to YEG. Three of four items made it to the final destination. One item was lost in transit, took four days for ground crew to locate it. It was "left" on the tarmac at YYJ. It was never delivered. I had to submit a "claim" to receive a refund of my shipping charge. Said claim can take up to a month to be investigated. I will update once I receive my refund

Not sure why all the bad reviews. These guys were all very helpful, polite, respectful and kind. Picked up our new puppy that was in great condition. Maybe the bad reviews are when people don’t show respect to the employees? No idea… but my experience was Very good. Thanks for the help and professionalism!
