After several delays my family and I finally boarded your plane today to head home. As we boarded, we were immediately stopped and told to return to the gate because the pilot hit his total hours. Minutes later, westjet cancelled our flights due to "weather", leaving me and my 14 family members including a 7month old baby, 2 children and 4 seniors stranded at the airport without accommodation. The pilot later came out and said that he ran out of flying time to the public, however, westjet continues to blame it on the weather and refuses to take responsibility to compensate us for place to stay or food. Canceling a flight and refusing to own up to your mistake, while leaving families without accommodations is unacceptable. My 7 month old is burnt out and my 74 year old father cannot walk from exhaustion. Shame on you westjet

We had an issue with our booking on April 17th flying Vancouver -Toronto -Fort Lauderdale. Very professional Westjet agent Naillah and the other person on the phone took their time to rebook all our flights so that we don’t miss our cruise. Outstanding customer service and your help is so much appreciated!

I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for Ritch Barlatier, an exceptional WestJet employee at the Fort Lauderdale terminal. Recently, I encountered a situation where I mistakenly entered the wrong names during the booking process. I was feeling quite stressed, but Ritch went above and beyond to assist me. His patience, professionalism, and genuine kindness made all the difference. Ritch took the time to carefully explain my options and worked diligently to correct the issue, ensuring that my travel plans were back on track. His dedication to customer service is truly commendable, and I felt valued and supported throughout the process. Thanks to Ritch, what could have been a frustrating experience turned into a smooth and pleasant one. I am incredibly grateful for his help and would like to recognize him for his outstanding service. WestJet is lucky to have such a remarkable employee on their team! It was fine. We left on time. They weren't pushy about luggage or trying to sell us stuff, they were polite. But, the plane is very small. Like, so small that you can't pass in the aisle. So lots of time is wasted trying to navigate the plane, and in case of an emergency it would be very unsafe. Wish the government would regulate this continuing chipping away at the space of passengers.

West Jet? A small regional inconsequential airline? Oh no! Two trips changed my opinion from zero to 8. It’s a great service airline. Travelled by their premium economy and after 15 years even in their economy. And emerged only with praises. Comfortable seats, terrific service, thank you Beth, on time performance, easy boarding and quick baggage transfer! I mean what more can one dream of? Will definitely take West Jet again. You should too!
