We showed up for our scheduled flight 30 minutes early and the employee came out and told us that the werent flying due to foggy weather. We asked why they wouldn't have contacted us as soon as they knew they weren't flying and she said they never call anyone and they get yelled at all of the time by unhappy customers . Absolutely ridiculous.

While I usually take the ferry from Pt. Judith to Block Island, when I need to get a package or myself and friends to the Island quickly, I always rely on New England Airlines and this small but great airport. Reliable, helpful and friendly warrant a solid 10!

As a local resident of the Westerly Airport area I find that flights leaving for Block Island are far to low and make too much noise when they fly over our neighborhood. There is no reason why they cannot use a wider flight path away from residential areas when taking off and landing. They are not a good neighbor.

I flew on fly the whale between westerly to block island and back again. Definitely the greatest experience I could ever do. The staff were great, the pilots were nice. Although the planes cabins were small (because it’s a Cessna caravan) the seats were comfortable and the atmosphere of the flight was nice and quiet. I’ll definitely fly with them again and I definitely recommend this airline
