Great airport! Have landed here a half a dozen times now and it’s always a pleasure. Friendly staff. Nice terminal, runway in good condition. 1st night tie down fee is waived when you purchase fuel. Second night and after is $15 a day. Weekend fuel price special is 0.50 cents off per gallon.

How is it acceptable for an airport to allow tourist flights in the middle of the night? The constant noise from aircraft operations disrupts the entire community’s sleep every single night. Why are flights even permitted during these hours? Don’t the operators have any basic consideration for residents’ well-being? This is a blatant lack of social responsibility!

My son was gifted a discovery flight for his 15th birthday. The decision to go with West Houston Airport was a fantastic one his instructor, Shae Horseley, was not only an enthusiastic pilot, but a detailed instructor. It was definitely a birthday our son will not forget!
