The improvement is noticeable in the restrooms. There is no longer fecal matter surrounding the toilets. However, the water in the bucket used to wash the restroom floor; I’ve seen cleaner water running through street drains.

I came to Walmart around 11:00 AM to return a big TV. The woman working there was respectful and doing her job — but the man at the return counter? Absolutely terrible. He was rude, lazy, and clearly doesn’t care about his job or the customers. I asked for a large cart to bring my TV, and he disappeared for 5 minutes just to come back and say, “No carts.” Yeah right. This had nothing to do with carts — he just didn’t want to work. His attitude was disgusting and his behavior was embarrassing for a Walmart employee. This guy has zero manners, zero professionalism, and definitely zero customer-service skills. He does not belong in customer service at all. If Walmart wants to keep good customers, they need to get rid of people like him who bring shame to the store. Worst employee I’ve seen in any Walmart. I just moved to the area from Hartland, up near Palmyra. The Walmart there was clean, well staffed, associates were helpful and smiley. This particular Walmart in question was a hot mess. Filthy, associates with attitudes if you could find them at all, untrained associates beiing left to figure things out on their own because the training isn't adequate. Rest room was a mess. I will be driving to another town to do my Walmart shopping from now on. Hopefully I can find one that is run and managed as well as the one in Palymyra.

This Walmart is definitely big and spacious. It’s always clean, and well organized. I love their hot food bar, always delicious quick meals for busy people like me. The apparel is also pretty good quality fashionable material for cheap. The electronic section has a good brands in store. Easy check cashing, returns, and money order process. The store associates are usually helpful and knowledgeable in their departments. Walmart is a family store and customers deserve to be treated with respect and dignity, which is definitely the case here. Big parking lot, the bus service comes here as well which is nice for the rest of the community that does not have cars.

Good selection of items but not a remotely good staff. Had to wait 32 minutes for the person in the electronics to get back and once he did he said he was using the “bathroom”. Which is understandable but then I call the store twice and they said someone was coming over and then no one did. Also everything seemed to be spread out and I seems like a good amount of things weren’t in the right spot. Definitely not impressed with the service or the quality of the store.
