    Volaris pricing is very sketchy, I recommend you look for tickets while logged in and also while logged out, you will find discrepancies. If you buy in into their programs, which you would think make things cheaper, you may be surprised when the cheaper options are selectively disabled for you! (You are possibly considered captured at that point, since your already bought into their programs, they may consider that you won't even try to look elsewhere). Their app is terrible, always make sure you download your boarding passes, particularly if you have a connection, the so crashes when you try to retrieve your second boarding pass one the trip has started. Their app also doesn't show a final confirmation screen when purchasing tickets with it, be very very careful when purchasing with the app, you won't get a chance to double check your selections, and sometimes the app bad development will make you think you have purchased something different, for example, their dates widget doesn't always sure the dates you filtered for (it shows "close dates". Which may not with for you), and if it reloads it ignores your filters entirely. Do whatever you can to avoid their customer service! They are so understaffed that a single chat interaction may take an hour (per text!) to get a reply, and if you don't reply within a couple minutes after they have answered anything, the chat disconnects and starts over.

I rebooked on Aer Mexico and had to cover my own flight. In Mexico their assistants intentionally do not speak English. DO NOT BOOK THIS AIRLINE FOR ANY REASON. You will almost certainly regret it. And one more thing they steal your money!! There is NO REFUND once making the purchases whether you want to cancel or change the reserved tickets for later.

    The airline offers a very bad service. I had to pay $140 for a checked bag after I paid $35 for a carry-on bag that I did no use; during the whole process, the employees were impatient and rude. The waiting time was longer than previously expected, and no explanation was offered. Plus, the flight was delayed. The flight attendants were really nice, tho.

Then got sent to the ticket machine which told me to speak to an agent. Then I had to go back in line. The agent printed me a boarding pass but not the one for my volaris connection which then proceeded to cause numerous problems during my layover.     I called customer service and they try to get me to pay $4.99 for a visa pre-paid I call to ask questions about a fly concern and they keep talking about you have “win” a visa pre-paid sound so much like scam…… why Volaris has this?
