Don't fly with volaris, I trust them my dad 74 year old man, diabetic and handicap with 1 foot cut and they leave him on the floor and ask him to pay 500 mxn to put him on the airplane. Sounds bad right, Yes thats exactly what I thought I feel so upset with this situation of discrimination

We heard the Airline was no good and seating was not great, but we had no issues. Seating was good, clean, and staff were very helpful, and pleasant. Above all the prices were great! 👍🏾

Do not purchase a flight ticket from Volaris, please, you will have HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. From the moment you booked to your airport VOLARIS DESTINATION. the employees in the airplane specifically going to Mexico City, can't give you a hand to put your bag in the compartment, I have shoulder surgery and I'm short, I couldn't reach up, not assistance. The Volaris employee at the Volaris airport in Mexico City took a picture of me so he could help me, I have all that on video. Please do not purchase a flight ticket with this company. If I could give them 0 I would. Absolutely no SOULS behind their customer service team. No empathy. NOTHING. I always book flights for my parents and grandma to go to and from Mexico and they really outdid themselves today. I tried booking a flight for my grandma last night and the fares were $285. I go to checkout and pay and the transaction want going through. I tried multiple cards and it wasn’t working. I tried calling and no one was picking up. So I proceeded to wait until today and noticed the prices had almost DOUBLED from $285 to $485. I called customer service and they couldn’t care less about your situation. They keep repeating themselves like an automated machine! HORRIBLE UNETHICAL WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD

Worst airline, do not fly with them they will open your bags and steal stuff from your suitcase! They stole a bag full of gifts for my grandma that I was bringing to her. Im so heartbroken I can't believe they did this. I really hope this airline closes they do not deserve peoples business.
