    Subject: Worst Flight Experience Ever I recently endured the worst travel experience on a flight from La Paz to Tijuana. The flight, initially scheduled for a reasonable time, turned into a red-eye due to a delay of over six hours. As if that wasn't enough, we were informed in the middle of the night (while everyone was asleep on the Red Eye Flight) that it was "too foggy to land in Tijuana," and we woke up in Mexicali Airport instead. 3 hours east of our destination. The airline offered no solutions for getting home, leaving everyone stranded with the only option being a flight the following day—no accommodations, no credit, nothing. Amidst the chaos and demands for a resolution, we were instructed to reboard the plane without any security checks, which was extremely unsettling. We then sat on the plane for over two hours before being told to deplane because they couldn’t take off. The cost of the Uber ride from Mexicali to San Diego was over $300, not including the additional taxi fare to get to the border. A simple 3-4 hour journey from La Paz to Tijuana, followed by a drive to San Diego, turned into a 14-hour nightmare. Adding insult to injury, the airline eventually offered a credit, but it expired on May 18th and was less than $150—an amount that doesn't even begin to cover the costs incurred due to their mishandling. This was, without a doubt, the worst travel experience I've ever had. The lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable. Sincerely,

    If I could leave no stars on this place I would. Definitely the worse customer service I've ever had! lizbeth the check in girl was so rude! No customer service what so ever. And the manager super rude! There was a passenger who also had a bad experience and she wanted to talk to the manager and the manager put his hand up on her face while she was trying to talk to him. Please don't book your flight her with Volaris! I am never flying with them again!

    This was by far the worst airline experience I have ever encountered.... La Paz to Tijuana 1 Hour flight... Started off with a 4.5 hour delay with no announcements. We fly for almost 2 hours. We wake up and land at the wrong airport... Instead of dropping us off a the Tijuana Airport they drop us off in Mexicali. (The flight is basically a red eye because of delays so everyone is sleeping) We arrive in Mexicali, 3 hours east of our destination, and they basically say "Good Luck" with no help or compensation for hotel or travel back to Tijuana, their only other option was a flight out the following day. A majority of the passengers from the flight starting a yelling mob at the front desk demanding explanation & correction of this Volaris situation. Finally after about another hour of yelling the Volaris staff said, "Well take you to Tijuana in 45 minutes! Board the plane!" we go back from baggage claim to the airplane (No security at all) just walk on through.... odd... We board the plane & wait for about an hour. Pretty much everyone falls asleep....The plane never moved....Then they turn the airplane lights on and say "we cannot take off. Please exit the plane." So now were in Mexicali around 4am...with no Uber options... A quick trip from La Paz flying to Tijuana ended up taking 14 hours total with all delays & issues with Volaris landing the plane at the wrong airport. Wish I could make this up. We all got 2000 Pesos from Volaris that expires in a month..... the Uber from Mexicali to San Diego was over $300 USD...... Definitely the worst airline experience ever....

    Stole clothes out of both of our checked bags. We paid $130 dlls to check 2 bags and both bags were missing adidas clothes, a nfl hat and expensive hoodies and new clothes. They have theifs working for them. Called to complain and I've been on hold for 30 minutes while she checks out ticket #. Horrible all around.
