I was arriving for my flight in vegas to Tijuana and the assistants were sending me back and forth to frontier who just sent me back to volaris even though I booked my flight through volaris , they didn’t really try to help me until it was to late I tried to call the customer service line and they were rude and hung up on me

Expect problems when flying with this airline the worst experience I ever had

Tried to make reservations today. Their website is not functioning and their Spanish line keeps dropping the call. Tried their English line and when I tried to speak Spanish the attendant who spoke English with an accent refused to respond. Yet he spoke the Spanish names of places with fluency. When we spoke English he helped us but would not allow a second person to speak. Maybe that is the policy of the company but David, the attendant, should have handled things in a more friendly and less mechanical manner.

Plane tickets were initially priced inexpensive when just flying with a handbag that fits this container. I had a carry-on and a full size luggage. Expect to pay at least 100 dollars more for extra baggage you need to bring on board. Customer servwas great. Attendant spoke English as well as Spanish and was very friendly, communicative, and knowledgeable.
