The airline staff were very helpful and pleasant. The only problem was that the names in the passports did not have the middle initial, so ID and passports did not match, so that has to be dealt with. It took about 20 minutes, but everything was resolved, and the flight was boarded. From boarding to taxi, to take off was the most smooth I have ever had, and we fly frequently, but this experience was a first with this airline. We never even felt take-off (well, barely). There was no turbulence for a 3 1/2 hour flight. It was very smooth, and with the landing, excellent as well. I highly recommend this airline

Oversold my booked/prepaid seat & tickets & left me stranded in LA for two days. Robbed half my vacation days. Never sent the $600 promised voucher for all the hassle. Staff was extremely rude and unprofessional - for their own airline's error, not mine. Took six hours just to get a hotel voucher. Buying a ticket on Volaris is like playing the lotto - you pay up front, but there's no guarantee you'll have a seat. What a horrible airline. -- No he recibido el voucher prometido de $600 USD por cambiar mi vuelo al ultimo momento, y robar dos dias de mis vacaciones. Un horror de aerolinea.

The customer service here is horrible. Especially when you ask the employees for help. They seem almost mad that you are bothering them with your questions. The line to check-in was very long, it was over an hour wait, which we understand it gets busy but people cut the lines and the employees don't care. It wouldn't hurt them to be more friendly to the customers.
