Bad experience. I had a human remains and they forgot about me, i had to go in to see whats going on. Waited almost a hour. Customer service is still bad the next day waited a hour was given poor directions!! Never came to pick up human remains until a hour later

I had a flight on the 31st and there was no one on the stands until a few moments later when they finally came out. The seats feel like shit and the bathrooms are super small. The flight attendants are nice but me having to sit near a baby or a little kid is kind of a pain. Update - On my flight, this man was watching me sleep.

If I could give this airline zero stars I would. The check in lady who I believe was named Liz was so incredibly rude and caught an attitude when we were trying to ask for clarification on the difference between a carry on and a personal item and then said “I’ll be at the gate so I’ll know if you sneak it in” that was after we had already paid over $240 to add on a checked bag and the carry on so it wasn’t being snuck on.

Customer service was terrible. The gentleman was not helpful at all and was being rude when we were talking to him calmly. I don’t recommend this airline for the disrespectful customer service. I tried confirming information but the guy said he was not allowed to give out information because the email was wrong? But I only used one email for the whole flight and made a profile for the flight. He was not helpful at all and was being sarcastic and rude.

Volaris Flight VB633, didn't disappointed. Flight was delayed, boarding started 20mnts after the flight was supposed to leave the gate. Once we start boarding, the airplane was uncomfortable HOT. Chicago local weather was 70* so it was NOT a heatwave, not even the air from the ceiling blower where functioning. Crew was helpful.
