Worst airline ever. Staff are rude better say very very rude, there’s always delays, date and time changes all the time. They didn’t let me take my puppies with me but didn’t refund my money. I called everywhere and no one wanted to help me. They say better prices but that’s because they steal money from customers when they can. NEVER AGAIN .. stay away from this airline that doesn’t care about customers and ignore you once you ran you credit card.

If I could give a 0 it would be a generous score. In the past 5 years 9 of every 10 flights I booked were either delayed or cancelled without any notice to passengers. I have the app and a frequent flyer account, they still don’t care, since no other airlines offer direct flights to certain cities the flaunt their disregard for passengers and are even rude when you call them (if they answer), the web site is very difficult to navigate. Maybe dishonest Owners reflecting on a dishonest company. Other than that I like them ….. 😂

Worst Airline ever, just lost $3,000 dollars because they did not allowed my 2 minor kids travel with their grandma and adult brother back to the USA, my kids are us citizens and are not allowing them to board the plane to fly back home, they're requiring a permission letter from parents notarized, a document that need to be download from their website and 3 copies of our ID's. We were not aware of all these documents needed for my kids to travel back home to the USA. I asked for a refund or partial refund and they denied me of any refund blaming me for this mistake. They did not honor nor wanted to work with me to reschedule another flight. Will try to contact corporate. But since they're in Mexico I'm sure they won't do anything. Bad costumer service. Won't fly with them no more.

Terrible experience. My checked suitcases were opened and items were stolen. I called the airline and their response was I should have taken those items on my carryon because they’re valuable items; therefore, they are not responsible, nor liable. I told them that they can’t hide behind that excuse and blame the customers for trusting them with their luggage. The only one responsible here is the airline and the staff they employed that committed the theft. They have to be held accountable and the only way this will change is if people stop flying with them. It needs to hurt them in the pocket book so they start listening and caring for the customers. I’m so upset and disappointed at their indifference.

Absolutely terrible service. Terrible customer service. Terrible airport service. They will bless you dry for any little thing, and can care less if you never fly with them again. They love their empty flights. Lol
