If you ever need to ship from Tijuana to the rest of the country, Viva Cargo was the best option I found. Shipping was very affordable; for $1,000 pesos, I shipped a 39-kilogram machine via air service, which arrived the next day. It's located next to the Tijuana airport, and customs is also located there for processing shipments to the rest of the country.

The guys there are very friendly and they provide you with Diurex tape to close and seal the packages you're going to send.

This commercial space houses Mercado Libre's offices; it's also where you receive packages destined for the interior of the country. The staff there are very friendly and helpful, answering any questions you may have and even providing packing tape and scissors for your boxes or envelopes. The entrance to this office is through the MATRIX AIR CARGO warehouse, located 1 kilometer east of the airport, towards Otay. It's a huge hangar with the FedEx logo at the top.
