    This Airport makes Vero Beach legendary. My inlaws have taken Breeze from NY for the past 3 years and they have never had a problem. It is a small airport. You literally get off on the tarmac. But most always the weather is nice so it is a warm and welcoming experience. You can rent a car and eat at CJ cannons as you watch small planes fly in and out. The best part in my opinion is the Air Show that comes here from time to time. We have seen the Blue Angels and it was a great experience. I definitely recommend VB Airport. It is truly unique.

    I go to the airport every week for breakfast. The airport is well run. We did take a Breeze flight to Connecticut recently and was great! The plane was very comfortable and clean. VB Airport is our first choice whenever we fly!

    I have used departure and return flights with Breeze Airways. The Airport has been excellent every time. The free long term parking is a big plus. Be aware that you must take the elevator or stairs one flight up to reach the restrooms. A small waiting area for departure has adequate vending machines.

    Absolutely beautiful little airport. So nice and clean. And so quiet and peaceful inside that you could actually read your book. Aren't we very lucky to have such a great little airport in our neighborhood!

    The young girls at the ticket counter are disrespectful, and looking for confrontation and to ruin the passengers experience at this airport. One in particular (I will find her name and update) was ready to charge my fiancé $75 for his personal item - we knew that paying $75 for a backpack was pathetic and we were going to solve the problem, so we decided to confine our two personal items past security, prior to boarding, which solved the problem. It was because we had our dog with us who we had already paid $150 for, that because my partner had our dog, he would have to pay $75 for his backpack. The irony was as soon as we boarded the plane and began to situate ourselves and place the backpack under the seat, we were told it could fit above us in the overhead. We never had a problem in this realm ever, and we fly often. Oh, she also almost didn’t let our dog fly because he weighed 26.1 pounds, on the scale in his carrier. The dog is 22 pounds, very tiny and great traveler and again (never had this problem at any other airport with breeze) Even though we solved the personal item “problem” prior to boarding, this young girl still had the audacity to stand at the boarding gate, with no job to do, just to intentionally stop my fiancé and I while boarding the plane. She was attempting to pick another argument / have the last word - AS AN EMPLOYEE!!!. She was claiming that I had to be holding the dog, and my partner would have to hold his backpack while boarding as we were only allowed 1 personal item each. We were literally flying together and the items would obviously be distributed below both my partner and I’s feet once sitting down. He was just being a gentleman and holding the bags. When she realized she was in the wrong, and flat out embarrassing herself, she proceeded to wave her hand in my face and yell “BYE! BYEEE!” Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. I hope Vero Beach Airport and Breeze Airlines takes a closer look at their employees and really holds these ones accountable. These young girls were power hungry, and doing the absolute opposite of providing hospitality and decent customer service. We were nothing but understanding, and compliant but these two had it out for us for some reason! Wonder why! Absolutely ridiculous and that young girl should be ashamed of her behavior, and her job terminated for that matter.

    There is not nearly enough parking and the waiting area at the gate isn't nearly big enough to handle a single commercial airplane. Bringing additional flights in from other airline carriers is going to be a disaster. The twenty somethings behind the airline counter were clueless. The TSA agents were extremely rude. Every time I looked over at them, they were going through someone's bag. I've never seen agents rifle through so many bags. They acted like the bags never went through the xray machine and they had to be searched. I completely understand if something shows up on the xray machine, but it looked like they were just bored and being nosy. I'll drive to Palm Beach airport before I go out of Vero again.

    I really want to give zero stars. I had the worst airport experience of my life here. I pulled up to this tiny airport and took my bags out and said goodbye to my family and entered the airport which is so tiny you can see the ticket agent on the other side of the window through the door from the car. No one greeted me or even looked at me. I waited a few minutes and finally I get someone’s attention and say I’m trying to drop my bag and the breeze agent looks up finally and coldly says it’s closed. I asked when it closed and she said 3 minutes ago. Well, I was there for at least 3 minutes if not longer. Also it truly wasn’t even 45 minutes before the time of departure!!! She lied and gaslit me. She closed her ticket gate early and didn’t want to deal with it and didn’t care. No willingness to help or explain my options. And I started to cry because it was stressful and I just lost a loved one and was emotionally fragile and they just gang up on me saying stop crying or I won’t be allowed on the plane which only made me cry more and get upset and still didn’t know what to do. Finally as I am crying going through security without my bag, the ticket agent who was so rude to me is talking about me and laughing to other employees. Is this how you want to treat people? There is 1 plane in this tiny airport that is less than half full. I wasn’t the last person to the airport nor the last person on the plane. Also if you try to call breeze they have no phone number. I tried to talk to someone at the desk when I landed and they weren’t helpful. Hopefully the text customer service will help but as for now I will never fly breeze or vero again.
