If I could give zero stars, I would. I took the Ventura Airport Shuttle on August 25th, 5:30 AM, and it was one of the most unprofessional, unsafe, and downright stressful travel experiences I’ve ever had. First, we were left sitting and waiting for a passenger who never showed up, wasting everyone’s time. Then, while finally en route, the driver somehow forgot to close the back door of the shuttle. My suitcase literally fell out onto the road. I had no idea until a Good Samaritan flagged us down. Instead of expressing concern, the driver immediately assumed it was someone trying to catch the shuttle and even remarked that they were “going to owe me a big tip, huge tip.” Little did she know—it was actually someone who had found my bag on the road and was returning it. By the time I got it back, my luggage was scuffed, damaged, and beaten up from falling out of a moving vehicle. The sheer negligence is unbelievable. To make matters worse, I emailed the company afterward to let them know what had happened, and they never bothered to respond. Zero accountability, zero professionalism. Travel is stressful enough without having to worry that your shuttle driver might forget to close the doors or that your belongings could end up in the middle of the road. This company clearly doesn’t care about passenger safety, customer service, or even basic standards. Do yourself a favor and find literally any other option for airport transportation.I’m

I and my family have taken the shuttle countless times! We have always had a great experience except for one thing, the drivers go so fast it scares the hell out of me! I have family coming in August and was going to book the Ventura shuttle and they asked me if there was any other service. It seems I'm not the only one that has a problem with the speed some of these drivers reach!

Grateful for this LAX option from Ventura! Easy to book online, and easy to change a booking when plans shift. Shout out to Joe.. great driver, friendly & helpful!

*** WON'T TRUST THEM EVER AGAIN TO GET ME THERE ON-TIME ***The entire goal of this service is to get you to the airport in time to make your flight. EPIC FAIL. The driver talked way too much instead of just getting in and driving. When we stopped to pick up the 2nd group (which I wasn't expecting when I timed it) the driver took his time talking again and using the restroom. By the time we got to LAX, I was 5 minutes late to board and I missed my flight, spent the entire day walking back and forth trying to make other flights and had to spend more money getting back to Ventura to make a flight the next morning. Many years ago, I had the exact same experience with them but decided to give it another chance because they're local. NEVER AGAIN will I make the same mistake. When booking, their site should take the flight times into consideration and recommend a good time to book for that flight and instruct the driver to move with urgency and talk less.

Beware!! The guy was late told me it's no big deal he's the owner then started making sexual remarks to one of the women passengers there. And to top it off scariest ride I've ever been on. Cut people off almost got hit several times ,drives off curves I can't believe they're in business. Tried to sell me pills said it will relax me for the plane ride . Unbelievable, I let him know I'll leave a review, he doesn't care about bad reviews he gets his friends to leave fake good ones .
