Very friendly volunteers! Welcoming staff were very helpful and informative about the feature of this USO. Great view from the top floor for people watching or just daydreaming. Lots of snacks and drinks, WiFi and relaxing recliners. Must stop by if you have some time!

This is a phenomenal USO. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, there is free Wi-Fi and plenty of complimentary food and snacks. This is a great place to spend time if you have a long layover. This is a really great benefit service members, veterans and their families.

Family of four was refused entry, after signing in to the system (which clearly we have been to the USO and others across the country). The old USO at DEN was kind, quiet, professional. This new location has the nastiest employees who refused to have any consideration. 3/4 of us had our ID’s and we are all registered but they wouldn’t accept a photo, an email, nothing. Just kicked all of us out.

This USO is a wonderful addition to DIA. The ability to relax in a zero stress environment while waiting on flights is priceless. The staff is wonderful. They are cheery, engaging, and sarcastic. Snacks and drinks are always available and fresh. There is plenty of seating and lots of places to charge devices and connect to the Wi-Fi. Located on the top floor of terminal A, it is conveniently inside security. Highly recommend!

Friendly and relaxing USO branch. Its located in the middle of the A Terminal, accessed by going an elevator to the fourth deck. I'm glad the airport maps show its location and there are plenty of signs pointing out the path to get there. Plenty of courteous volunteer staff with greetings and running the food counter. Has plenty of lounge seating, electrical outlets, and little corners for privacy or a light nap. Huge plus was the two widescreen TVs showing flight statuses and clean restrooms inside the USO. Other amenities like dark corners (for long layover napers), childrens play area, computer cafe were lacking but were fine with most everyone having their own cellphones or laptops only requiring a quiet area and plenty of charging locations.
