A slow and useless cargo that delayed a shipment by 1 week, made a wrong selection and my shoes have not been delivered for 1 week and the price of the shoes has also increased, I cannot cancel it, it is absolutely delicious.

This place is ridiculous, that was only 1 person ahead of me and took more than 1 hour to simply get the paperwork done . A guy finished his shift and he just walked away, I was there for the first time , there’s no signs telling the procedures, after the most unnecessary wait for documentation, you’re suppose to ring a little bell in the counter ( again theres no sign explaining anything) and them wait for someone else stamp the docs then after go to the warehouse. Worth mentioning that everyone is super cool and chill , everyone talking amongst themselves, really laid back back environment, mostly 60 years old + employees who are nice & polite but show absolutely no sense of resolving your needs in timely manner. When you get to the warehouse, things change, they help you straight away and fast . Hopefully this review will reach the right people who can actually correct this things for the customers, specially the first time ones

You have to have ID, bring a high visibility vest with you. Had to go in fill out a form sit and wait for them to call you. Once they call you you go to the next person to get paperwork, then you proceed to your door to loAd your freight. They don’t know how to load a trailer the put both pallets against each wall rather then 2 together then stagger the next 2. Overall wasn’t bad but I think I’d rather load somewhere else it took me 3 hrs for 10 pallets.
