I was mislead, mistreated, lied to. Seats wrongly charged and assigned within AA policy and price standard. Unacceptable errors for an experienced agent. Travel Agencies should do better then Airlanes. Angela at Universal Travel NJ does not. American Airlines ask customers to deal with them directly if we want accountability. American Airline had asked me to submit my case and complaint to AA customer relations. All this Angela travel agent knows best is to repeat over and over “tranquila” 🤷♀️ What ever that means!
