I’ve had nothing but good, helpful, and friendly service at this USPS location over a 25 year span of time. Yes, sometimes waiting in line is part of the deal, but it’s so they can give each person AHEAD OF YOU, the attention needed by their matter, which was there before YOURS.

I used to have a PO box there, but gave it up when there was a sharp price increase every year. Plus, they had a homeless guy sleeping in the lobby at night in 2020, so they "temporally" made lobby hours (this includes PO box access) to just business hours. They said they were going to install a smart lock, but it's been over 4 years and nothing been fixed.

It's the USPS. Really, they provide a hell of a service for being over worked. Unfortunately, it does show at some locations, and this is one of them. This location has employees who are lacking in overall enthusiasm. The building is old and worn and hard to notice from normal traffic. In general, the USPS should build a better location easier to get to and shut the door on this location.

Speedy process. Can’t say that I was impressed with the customer service. As one employee complained that it was too hot, she proceeded to throw someone’s package into the back without any regard to who was watching or how hard she threw it. And the man that helped me was minimally helpful. Hopefully next time will be better. Shame, I just moved to this neighborhood. Homeless man outside didn’t seem to bother them. I was hoping for a pleasant experience but let’s face it it’s USPS! 😔
