Small but mighty united club puts many of the larger clubs to shame in amenities and employees. Hors d’oeuvres and snacks are always fresh and stocked. The front desk and barkeepers are always nice and helpful. Cheryl is the best! Only thing you could say about this lounge is it doesn’t have its own restrooms. My understanding is that this is the smallest United club in existence.

Brand new, clean, with very helpful and friendly employees! Updated: still nice, although there are no restrooms inside this Club. Updated again: With multiple United flights leaving at close to the same time, this Club is far too small.

Located right after gates B3 and B4, this United Club is extremely small—possibly the smallest I’ve ever seen. There are no bathrooms inside the club, so you’ll need to go outside for that. The food and amenities are very limited, making it less than ideal if you’re looking for more than a quick stop. Not the best option if you’re expecting a full lounge experience. On the flipside, service personnel are very nice and accommodating

What an outstanding, joyful group they have in there! I can't thank Cheryl enough for working with me, and making sure I was able to experience this lounge. Every lady working there went above and beyond to ensure everyone felt right at home. Dawn was super helpful with flight details and great with greeting everyone in. The bar/serving staff was also incredibly nice and professional! I can't thank Carla, Martie, and Selena enough for being such great hostess! I highly recommend this lounge, as you'll be treated as if you're part of the family! :)

Nicely appointed with plenty of comfy seating, typical UC. Front desk staff super friendly. Bar selection was very bad, lousy bourbon and NO SCOTCH!!! Bartender was more interested in her phone and chatting with co-workers than serving. Food was excellent. Snacks to go. Its small, about same size as ABIA. if you have a couple hours to kill I highly recommend.
