There needs to be more communication between people that work in the building and over the phone. We made an appointment and promised if it was dropped by 6, it was get on the 7am flight and once they opened the doors, they already said that flight was locked. These are live animals and couldn’t drop the night before. Now, we are doing everything last minute, instead of my flight arriving at 11am, it is now arriving at 5:30pm. That is going to unbalance my whole business trip being it is timed and the animals will be left in containers for 6 more hours then what needed to be.
