I have been to Alaska, universal, and delta etc… and this was the worst by far cargo place I have been to. It’s literally such a pain. They got this kiosk that just makes everything harder and they ask for you information at the desk too so there’s no point at all to do that. Maybe I’m sure it helps with calling people up but at that point just have a line like every other place. These ladies were just having a chat while I was waiting and only when they were done did they call me up. I’ve been here for an hour just waiting on numerous things to happen on their end. Then when I was unloading this girl was kind rude by saying I needed to help. Like I don’t know their protocols and liability, matter of fact no one really told me anything the whole time Ive just had to insert myself to ask questions, and at least could be nicer about it to new customers who haven’t been here before. I’m obviously going to help if they let me know that’s needed, I have no problem but when I literally have no idea how they work… I didn’t want to get in trouble by being near the forklift while moving idk. Every place is different. Also there wasn’t a lot of people there. I hope my work never sends me here again.

We had a bit of an issue with an outgoing shipment. We were able to quickly resolve it and Lanu in particular was patient and professional with the whole process. Good recovery on a tricky situation.
