Front desk employees kills customers time and there is no management to train them. They don’t know what to do specifically night and weekend shifts employees.

Terrible experience with USPS PI load at Ins United Cargo. Completely disorganized, no respect for drivers, and a total waste of time. I waited over 3 hours just to get loaded. Staff showed no professionalism and zero consideration for drivers’ schedules. Very disappointing and unacceptable.

United Airlines Cargo at SFO implemented a new appointment system effective August 11 without notifying customers in advance. On August 12, when our driver arrived for an airshipment pickup, staff refused to assist or make an exception. It is unacceptable, as our driver now has to wait 4 hours to get the shipment. To make matters worse, when we called customer service, the representative was completely unaware of the new policy. Worst experience ever!!!

Worse cargo Company Flight landed at 11:45 pm and boxes were delivered at 3:00 am, supervisors are lack of professionalism to teach the employees how valuable is customers time I’m sure they won’t care one person opinion but in based on my personal experience with united cargo, its the worse customer service on SFO If you have to pick up something here, keep on mind that for sure you will waste your time waiting for it!!!!!

I had a good experience here. Came at my appointment time. Park in a dock and after that proceed to check in. I got in and out in 2 hours.shipper people in front desk didn’t knew what they were doing but they guy that loaded me was nice and professional.
