Granted, there was a major delay in getting loaded through no fault of facility staff, they were awesome. Appearantly I was suppose to check in at the main sliding doors and not the ones that say pick up or receiving. I imagine it was specific to my situation. Regardless, staff was patient despite all the confusion, and they did communicate effectively with me. The Docking Bays are really tight to get into. Be mindful of other trucks already docked.

I arrived at United Cargo around 7 AM on March 12, 2025, to pick up a package. Since it was my first time there, I informed the employee at desk #3 and asked for assistance. She asked for the number I had, and as I began reading it out loud, she abruptly stopped me and told me to show it to her instead. Then, without explanation, she directed me to enter the number into a computer myself. I was confused and concerned—why ask me to show the number if I was expected to handle the process alone? When I reached the computer, I wasn’t sure which option to select for my type of pickup, so I returned to her for clarification. Instead of providing a clear response or explaining, she repeatedly said, “016,” which didn’t answer my question. Her attitude was dismissive and unhelpful, making for a frustrating experience. Thankfully, another employee stepped in and helped me through the process, and I truly appreciated her assistance.

They sure know how to sit around chatting and not help you

I gotta say I was so impressed with United Cargo. It was early and there were several dogs waiting to be processed. The agents could not be nicer, and their supervisor was in there helping them out. She was calm, cool, and collected. Julissa helped me. I had forgotten my I.D. and had to have someone bring it to me. She didn’t make me feel bad, she just reassured me that we were good. She kept a smile on her face the entire time I was there. It was refreshing to see them all work together in good spirits. Clearly they are an excellent team. So far so good!!!
