We always have an appointment and they get us loaded and on our way quickly. Never had a problem here although the parking lot can be challenging if there is more than one big rig in it at one time.....smile, smile.

As a truck driver had delivery for this location I needed to use the restroom but the restroom had those code locks I asked one of the employees to get me the code to use the restroom but he said that he is sorry because it’s not a public restroom The other thing is the supervisor can’t speak English or he doesn’t want to speak English he even didn’t reply back to my hello

Noteworthy here is that I very rarely leave bad reviews. Most of them I am searching for positives. Although I haven't had any other issues with this place, although the one issue that I did encounter today automatically nullifies any positives, and solidly warrants a one star review. They have placed codes on the bathroom. Drivers are not allowed to use the bathroom no matter how long they have to wait here. I'm sure this is especially inconvenient for female drivers. I don't know who authorized this, but they really ought to have their head examined. There are no transient or drug addicts anywhere in the area . If that were the case, I would understand the codes on the door. And even with codes, at least let people do business with the company. Let them use the bathroom. That is simply a humane thing to do. And let me make it clear. It's not the employees who are the issue, it is management that is enforcing this ludicrous rule. I will never give United or Delta ( Delta is the same building ) my personal business. It'll only be American and Southwest. I recommend you use those companies instead of these people who clearly don't care. I guess their philosophy is that since drivers aren't their employees why should they care about them. Absolutely inconsiderate. ...

Was there less than 1 hour. Was given a door as soon as I got there, was out less than 1 hr. Great place to unload.
