The second shift is a garbage. They kept one forklift driver for me and the rest of the forklift driver are chilling.. I talk to the lead for the forklift drive is he is the worst. I got import door at 2:25pm and I left 5:28pm for only 28PLT. This is not a customer service.

You will be here all day. Dock could careless and if you get this guy forget about it. Bring a chair or a sleeping bag because he will have 30m conversations in between every piece he brings to load you.

This s the worst place on earth for a trucker to come. Poor service, walk right pass u. I’ve been here three hours and counting , and no one is doing work

Help your self with checking in at computer at Truckers area . Wait for text msg go inside at window agent . They’ll assign dock. It’ll take couple hours to load . Good luck .
