So many fees and they give you a hard time about bringing on a carry on. All the staff were polite and helpful.

So UnitedAirlines canceled my flight minutes after I checked in and paid for carry on baggage. I had to get home so I immediately booked another flight, with United, and then spoke with a customer service rep who said she was going to process my refund right away. I waited for 3 days and still did not see the money back in my account so I called and asked what was going on with my refund? The customer service representative told me that it would be a minimum of 21 days to process my refund. How, in these difficult times, can they be okay with holding funds for a flight they canceled for 21 days? I was then told that I "just need to be patient because there is absolutely nothing I can do about it." Um excuse me, but there is quite a lot that I can do, just sit back and watch this campaign that you started. Have a great day United Airlines.

Flew on United and felt really safe! They are cleaning there Aircraft in-between flights when you board they hand you a packet of sanitizer... They also do boarding and deplaning by row #'s to accommodate social Distancing! Wasn't concerned at all about traveling...If you don't want to wear a mask you can't fly United... Don't be scared travel to see friends or family soon! Mike π

I can't believe anyone could be worse than Frontier or Spirit, but United takes the trophy. They don't trust that I only have a backpack and don't need to pay them money for checked or carry-on baggage. They make me wait in line to say "see, I'm a big boy and know what a small bag is" before they let me get a boarding pass. God forbid you don't pay extra money for bags. United is going to make damn sure they get it out of you before you get through TSA. I now filter 3 airlines when travelling. Never thought United would be in that group.
