I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with United Airlines Cargo at Dulles Airport. Over the course of two days, I encountered a series of issues that I find hard to overlook. Firstly, the physical state of the location was unsatisfactory. It was evident that little effort was made to maintain cleanliness, and the place was in disarray. This is not the sort of environment I expect from an establishment associated with a reputed brand like United Airlines. More troubling than the unkempt surroundings was the lack of basic facilities for customers. It's essential that customers are given at least the fundamental amenities to make their wait or processing time bearable. However, what stood out most regrettably was the behavior of the front desk personnel. Not only were they discourteous and unprofessional, but their attitude bordered on being racially biased. It is deeply concerning to witness such a lack of professionalism and decorum, especially in an environment that caters to diverse clientele from around the world. United Airlines prides itself on its global reach and diversity. It's vital for them to ensure that every touchpoint reflects the values they claim to hold. Based on my experience, there is a pressing need for significant improvements at the Dulles Airport Cargo section. I hope that my feedback is taken seriously and that corrective measures are promptly implemented. Everyone deserves respect and a service that aligns with the standards one would expect from an international airline.

They are the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The staff at United Cargo, Dulles. They gave my cargoes to another customer from NYC, not remorseful. Had to drive to NYC to retrieve cargo and some items were stolen to which they want to give me chicken change. Getting a lawyer. All I want is my compensation for my lost items.

This airline get’s this star rating for the fact that this lady never never put her purse or bag under her seat the entire flight and the airline attendant never said a word to her. As soon as my Louis Vuitton was from under my seat by my right leg, the airline attendant had something to stay. Take a look at the pics, and decide for yourself. Other than that my flight was fine.

My checked luggage was damaged and items were missing so friends recommended I file a report. The women at customer service appeared disgusted that they had to file a report on my behalf…

The higher they climb, the harder they fall. United Airlines is the king of cargo among the U.S. international passenger airlines and took its cargo business to unparalleled heights during the COVID crisis, when supply chains were shattered and companies needed alternative transport. The Chicago-based carrier on Tuesday reported cargo revenue dropped 36.5% in the first quarter to $398 million, surpassing the 28% fall in cargo business at Delta Air Lines. But the earnings report was mostly positive overall, showing a company that continues a strong recovery from the pandemic. United Airlines (NASDAQ: UAL) posted a smaller-than-expected adjusted net loss of $207 million (or 63 cents per share), on revenue of $11.4 billion.
