Staff do not seemed to care that live animals have been brought in and given no water. They treat them like baggage. I am an animal mover and I am always disappointed in the fact that the staff has never been educated about live animal cargo. Very sad. You were at the mercy of the attitude of the agent on the desk.they can jam you up or sometimes throw you a crumb of help.usually not

Ron James was ever so kind and swift with our baggage checks. We need more kind people like this around. Always love flying United baby!

Would give zero stars if possible. The fat, black, bald, ticket agent is needlessly inefficient at job. Her go worker heldped 3x as many people while I waited in line an hour. This made me miss flight. Terrible customer service. Not enough able staff.
