I had a very disappointing experience at United Cargo on October 8, 2025, around 1:30 PM, with the woman working at Window 3 in the Cargo Export area. While I was next in line, she came outside and asked whose truck it was. I responded politely, saying, “It’s mine, how can I help you?” Instead of approaching me with professionalism or respect, she immediately raised her voice and told me to move my truck to the stop sign. I calmly explained that I was already next in line, but she said she didn’t care and demanded that I move anyway. What made it worse was that there were already other trucks lined up behind me, which meant I would lose my place and have to wait all over again — even though I had followed all the rules and waited patiently. It was completely unfair and unnecessary. At no point was I rude or disrespectful. I simply expected to be treated with the same level of courtesy and professionalism that any customer deserves. Her tone, attitude, and lack of respect created a negative and uncomfortable experience. United Cargo should really look into the behavior of their front desk staff, especially at Window 3. Customers deserve to be spoken to with respect and understanding, not yelled at for no reason. Proper training in customer service and communication would go a long way toward improving experiences like this.

The workers had an attitude, a little question makes them mad. I have express freight and should have express pick up, she said no we don’t do that, all while the sign is right there. I don’t see the point of paying for express if we are going to receive the same treatment as anyone else that doesn’t pay. Ended up waiting for 2 hours, then another 1/2 hr for them to give me the box!! Yet the last worker was overall nice in comparison.

United Airlines Cargo has helped us rescue dozens of incredible animals in need and everyone within the organization was kind, generous and helpful beyond words. An amazing organization to say the least..

I always come here. They have a bunch of lazy people working. They will skip you if it’s your turn. I was there for 6 hours and still didn’t get my 1 little box. I had to leave. Worst airline ever by far.
