This terminal is terrible. They to try to extort you for extra fees. The workers there are not very bright, and refuse to answer the phone and email. All of these people should be working at Mcdonalds.

My dog arrived safely from South Korea. His flight was delayed 2 hours and we were not informed. We drove 3 hours to pick him up, so a phone call would have been nice. Instead of getting home at 11pm, we got hone at 1 am.

They did a great job transporting my two small dogs. Allow extra time, though, because they were either understaffed or improperly staffed. It took a very long time to check in each pet. So long that we got there when they opened and were just able to make our flight. The older gentleman who checked in my pets seemed thorough, but extremely slow.

Excellent service, fast, easy, and friendly. Will use United whenever I need to ship my pets.

Terribly bad staff. No one wants to help. I just had a small pick up. I sat there for 15 minutes and someone got called out. Found out there’s a paper you need to put your name on. The paper wasn’t even on the desk till I went and asked for it. Another 20 minutes and no one ready to help saying everyone’s busy.
