If you're confused here like you will be when its your first time here, The workers and most other people will usually tell you what you need to do. But this is aside from the problem of people sending you here without the information you need, requiring you to sign in multiple times and return to the window. The place process here isn't intuitive. Don't let it up your anxiety. Don't be in a hurry, and you'll be fine. Recommended, Bringing glove as you'll be touching computer and mouse pad that every driver before you has touched. I would have given one star but the second star is because people here are at least willing to help don't be afraid to ask.

I don't have trouble tendering here. They are friendly and efficient. Always busy, but they get everyone tendered quickly, given the busy circumstances.

First time to this facility. Arrived at 0430am for a 7am appointment. Plenty of place to park. Seems you can check in at door 27 for pickup at 5am. I was delivering, so needed check in at door 1. Receiving hrs from 7am to 10pm. I was unloaded by 0815am. I did ask if overnight parking is allowed, and was told if I arrive after hrs I can wait till morning to unload. If you're picking up, you have to park across from docks, and wait to be assigned a door. For delivery, you need to be in a door (1-8) before checking in. Staff was friendly. Overall a good experience.

Slow. Got here at 4 and it’s now 7:34. They also make you stand inside by your door which I’ve been standing for a hour no place to sit or anything and they are slow. The lady at the window is very rude. Doesn’t speak back and just tells you where to go in a rude way. Almost walked out on this load. They need ppl with better customer service here

Restroom for drivers are an outside plastic booth under sun heat! Summer 2025 - 89 Farenheit outside! That's a way to thank a driver for everuthing they do!
