I lost my carry on bag as my United flight to Newark was diverted to Norfolk VI, three days ago due to weather. It was a direct flight and captain and crew stay in Norfolk. They did not mention we had to retrieve our bags and since it was a direct flight, I went to my hotel and flew the next day. Some bags arrived and mine did not. I have been calling United several times a day to get someone there to pick up my bag, track it and send it back to me as I am sure it is in the United storage facility there. They have called several times from the ground workers to retrieve it to no avail. Please do answer your phones and please understand that many times the clients do not commit errors and it is all up to the airlines and their employees. Thank you. Jossianna Arroyo

They smashed the top of my control panel on my scooter as it wad sent as luggage. Did quicky fix it. But will never have it put in regular luggage again. Don't trust them

Luggage was not on our plane when we arrived in Norfolk 2-10-24. Wasn't delivered to our home until 2-12-24.

45 minutes and we’re still waiting at baggage claim. Ridiculous. Employee at the desk in baggage claim with a terrible attitude just made excuses for the terrible service. No apology.

Lost 500 dollars worth of equipment and back up recordings. Cool. Won’t help because they don’t cover when they lose gear. I am irate with the customer service.
