    -every flight i took was delayed and over 1 hour late which affected my connecting flights -made me check my small carry on luggage every single time due to limited space on board. on my flight home they guaranteed me it would make it home to Austin. board my last flight and i see my bag is getting on the plane next to me to Montana… I tell the flight attendant and show him my app as well and he assured me it would be there when we landed. once landed my app says two completely different things; “your bag is in austin on spot #1 ” ,and once you click that notification it says my bag is in Montana… I go to the United baggage desk and she tells me “your bag is in Houston, we will deliver it to your house” fast forward to the next morning i check the tracking she gave me, and it’s still in Montana. Better yet it has my address spelled completely wrong. I’ve been chatting with the messaging service all day long and may finally see a light at the end of the tunnel. But wow..what a long, drawn out, incompetent mess of a situation this was. Fingers crossed my bag doesn’t show up with missing items or completely damaged. Fingers crossed it even shows up!

    I’ve been waiting for my bag for two days when I was told it would Be delivered within hours call customer service. He got on the phone with them team member at United baggage in San. Antonio told him that it would be out for delivery at 1 PM now it is 215 and I still haven’t received a confirmation when I check location, my bag is still at The airport

    The ladies at the counter were awesome. They seen I was having trouble getting my phone to scan the QR code. I asked if I was doing it right, she pointed to the three ladies that I walked past to get to the counter and said that is their department and they can help you. I actually had to interrupt their conversation to get them to do their job. When I asked for help, they acted like I was asking them to do something outside their job description. United, it’s 9:20AM, 5/18/22. You know who they are & where they work, the rest is on you. Continue having people representing you in a bad light, or make the change to benefit your company.

    So some of the people at the check-in counter we're very kind but this morning on March 11th at 10:30 the lady was rolling her eyes at me and getting frustrated with me and was very rude. The blonde hair lady with glasses wearing a suit may have been the manager but she should get demoted or written up for her actions this morning. She was being rude and short and ruined my morning.

    In 2023 I flew out from San Antonio in January, there were 3 girls who worked during the time of 8 am, they were rude, they covered their badges so no one could report them. My flight going out was fine but the girls at the check in was just utterly rude and gave a whole lot of attitude.
