Well after being delayed for 3 hours with and hour on the tarmac.(i called to see if there was delays and they waited til we were in the air headed to Houston to send a text stating we had an hour delay which turned to 3+ hours) 😡😠🤬 And a rude stewardess 😠😡🤬 Lets just say that united should issue credits that's are good for a year or more. 😠😡🤔

The supervisor at the ticket counter at 5:30 AM on 5/18/25 was rude, unprofessional, and not helpful. The two other counter agents were friendly and helpful.

Will definitely spend the extra money next time and fly delta. United airlines has way too many delays. 15.00 food voucher for the inconvenience is NOT worth the hassle. Worst day of flying ever

United Airlines lost my luggage on a weeklong international trip and has not been at all helpful in locating it. Customer service at every level has been absolutely abysmal. Avoid flying with United Airlines if there is any alternative.

⸻ Subject: Disheartening Experience with United Airlines Staff Dear United Airlines, I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding a recent experience with your ground staff. My elderly, handicapped mother had to urgently travel to India due to a family emergency. Her flight was scheduled for 6:00 AM, and given the early hour, we were unable to secure a gate pass in advance. We were informed that such passes could be issued directly at the airline counter. However, upon approaching the counter, the staff member we interacted with was unhelpful and dismissive. Despite explaining the circumstances and my mother’s condition, she refused to issue a gate pass. Her attitude was notably rude and lacking in empathy. This was particularly disheartening as, during my mother’s previous international travel, we had no difficulty obtaining a gate pass under similar conditions. The contrast in treatment was stark and upsetting. It is incredibly difficult to watch a loved one, especially someone elderly and disabled, travel alone—particularly in moments of urgency. Compassion and understanding from airline personnel make a world of difference in such situations. Unfortunately, this experience has left us feeling deeply let down. I sincerely hope United Airlines takes this feedback seriously and ensures more sensitivity and professionalism from its staff in future interactions. Kind regards
