Wow! Even if we had only a few minutes to change flights everything went very well! If you use the app you have no troubles finding your way. We had a wheelchair and everything was easy accessible. The stuff, on board and on ground was very very helpful and nice. Would definitely recommend this airline and would choose every time again! Thanks a lot !!

I was discriminated against due to my disability and not allowed to board the plane (violation of ADA laws). This was confirmed by the police, who had to intervene to force them to allow me on the next plane with my disability. They thought that my disability was from some sort of intoxication and sold my seat to a standby person. This was told directly to the police and then me. I had to take two separate flights, sleep overnight in the airport, and will not arrive home until 12 hours later than I was supposed to.

Never use them if u need to cancell they dont return the money and out of the credit the rob u never using them again

United used a third party insurance company called Travel Guard. My experience leaves me compelled to tell you not to use this insurance no matter how compelling the headlines are. In order to get to get your refund there MUST be an act of God. The process is filled with treacherous twists and turns, so much that you will with the process and let them keep their $30. It’s not worth it and I will just take the flight credit. Thank you

On United flight right now from DCA to IAH. It is pure hell. Seat 26F and my knees are smashed into the hard plastic back of the seat in front of me. I’m just under 6’ tall. The guy next to me is about 6’3” and he has to maneuver his body sideways to fit in the seat and still his knees are smashed against the seat in front. It would be impossible to recline the seats in front of us. This passenger abuse should not be tolerated and I’ll be contacting my representative to see what actions can be taken either regulatory or legally. I may have permanent knee issues from this and many other flights that have hurt me due to inadequate spacing between the seat rows. I should not be required to pay extra to get a seat that will allow me to fly without medical damage.
