I take union cabs pretty much weekly for my disabilities. Wonderful staff. It's nice to be able to trust in an experience that's always safe, above and beyond, and so caring for our communities! Thanks for all you do! (I would recommend folks get the app if you haven't yet! It shows where the cab is live, how long the wait is estimated at, and lots of other helpful things to book quickly!)

I called to get ride from hotel to Golf Course in Columbus. I was told I need to pre pay for ride. The total cost was $125 and was blown away because Uber was charging $45. The operator then told me to "skip the ride and walk then." Maybe consider other options.

My car died at Menard's I needed to go to Farm and fleet to get a battery I asked union cab to drive to Farm and Fleet wait while I picked up the battery and take me back to Menard's. They said I have to pay 14 dollars and that they would not wait I told them I would pay for waiting. The dispatcher was rude and said we can't do that and hung up on me. I used to live in Madison and I've taken Taxi's all my life. Worst experience in my life and I've lived in DC, Chicago and NYC I hope Union Cab goes under... In response to owner my car died around 3pm at Menards on Sat the 26th of July Menards did not have the battery but Farm and fleet did so I called union cab and asked them to take me there wait while I picked up the battery at most ten minutes I would have paid for the round trip and the wait. The dispatcher told me that the driver would not wait and then hung up. Menards is 1.6 miles from Farm and fleet

Very bad service. Taxi driver kept passing me up to take others they waved them down because he charged them more money. Called the lady and told her what happened so she sent me another taxi and same thing happened again. Called back an explained to her that I had 2 kids with me and it’s 2am and raining I need to get back to my hotel. She told me find another taxi company she wasn’t dealing with me no more. So cold hearted lady. Left me stranded with my kids in the rain and we’re not from this state

This team is AMAZING! My wallet fell in the back of the cab, I called let them know, once they cleaned they found it. I didn't want to pay for delivery so they shredded everything and donated the wallet/quarters per my instructions. I was blessed enough to have that option, unfortunately not everyone is.
