This was the second time I’ve used ultra travel to book a vacation for myself and my family. I have to say on both occasions both representatives that assisted me were very responsive and professional. Angela also went above and beyond when at the last minute we had to make a cancellation for one of our travelers. She was patient and made sure we had all the info we needed for our trip. We were a big crew of more then 10 so it was not easy for them I’m sure but they did a great job. I would Highly recommend ultra travel and I will definitely be using them again.
